"As with most storage places these days, I love the convenience of renting a unit online and never having to go to the office. I work nights and sleep during office hours, so being able to rent my unit and go there at night is very convenient. The one thing I did not like is that my unit was inside and there wasn't lighting. To load and unload my things at night or during the day, I had to use a flashlight and thankfully I had one in my truck. The place was fairly clean besides the random broken pallets outside which the owners of those pallets should clean up. I went there maybe 5 times and the gate was only closed one time. Even after business hours, so anyone could have got in. So between that and not having lighting to my unit, it was a huge safety issue to me."
