"So having rented multiple units over the years from different companies, my sister needed a unit and I recommend life storage. Well long story short funds became an issue and Heather bent over backwards to reduce the cost. Not only was she able to get this agreement greenlit (where everybody wins). I don't want to speak negatively of the other employees but Heather genuinely cared about our situation and appreciated that we wanted to pay what we owed. To top it off unfortunately a couch got left in the unit (the salvation army was supposed to pick it up but couldn't). Her hand was forced to basically hire a company to haul it away which would of put the unit fiscally speaking into collections. Well we tried but simply couldn't find anyway to move this couch. So I called her to tell her only to find out she spoke to the neighbor who resides next door and he cut it up and put it to the curb. People like Heather give me hope in this cold world we live in. Anyway if you need a unit track her down ( because she works multiple stores not because I'm a weird stalker. Lol for real Heather thank you!"
