"Gentlemen open 10 mins early do i didn’t have to wait. Showed me units immediately without me asking. As we watched to units was explaining rules and process and what to do if need help or extra hours for emergency . Very informative, yet has exceptional time management. Was there less than 20 mins with him but got all necessary info and needs met! Never rude or crass or felt like we were burden when say example waiting for my gf to go to ladies room before to 3rd floor. Even showed up stairwell so we knew. Definitely needs recognition. Place is very clean and not stale damp nasty funky air like I’ve dealt with other units especially uhaul up north at times ."
