I had a complete 5 star experience with MRS SANDRA she is very professional at her job and compassionate i have been going through some things and she helped me out no problem i will continue to keep my storage unit i love the space and convenience life storage provides

My experience was great with Keith even though the weather was really hot walking around the various storage units.. Keith met me when I pulled up and was full of information like an encyclopedia! Great customer service skills too! I originally met Sherry over the phone and set up an account on line but then my mom transitioned and I had to deal with the loss of her and making funeral arrangements. Even though I didn’t get to meet Sherry she always made me feel like a genuine person over the phone… you have great people with great personalities and your business will be very successful with those type people around… thanks for you both making me feel special!!
