"Everything from appearance to customer service to online services available provides for excellent service. Cost is always a factor, so it would be nice to offer continued customer credits and not just first time customer discounts. That is not exclusive to storage facilities, but commitment incentives go a long way for repeat and continued customers in my opinion. Every other area - no improvements needed. Excellent. "
