"I had an issue with a trailer stored in a Life Storage Unit in Mechanicsburg, PA. It had nothing to do with the storage unit or Life Storage itself.  I needed to cut a lock from my trailer hitch. The key was missing. The fact that there was an employee of Life Storage on the premises relieved my fears. After explaining the situation to the employee, he provided me with a lock cutter to easily remove the lock. In a matter vof minutes, I was "on my way". Thank You Life Storage!!!"

"Compared prices and sizes to other places in the area and Life Storage was the best. Never even had to talk to a person except recently for something unrelated but the person at the front desk was incredibly amazing and took pride in everything he did, such a rare type of employee these days. Bravo. Only reason I didn't opt for 5 stars was because I couldn't choose the location of my unit when renting through their website. All I got to choose was size of unit and it auto assigned me to one. Its a bit inconvenient for the location but I understand availability can be slim. No other concerns, definitely one of the best places around."

After doing research in a few we decided to go with this one because of the good reviews and we definitely didn’t want to go somewhere that had horrible customer service and life storage did not disappoint! Very informative very willing to show us what would accommodate our needs. Dave was who attended us and he was awesome!"
