  "Your staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! I had originally intended to rent a much smaller unit, as I had never used a storage space before. The associate who assisted me advised that the space I had in mind wouldn't fit my needs, and he helped me find the PERFECT unit.   "My experience was outstanding. There is only one thing that I found to be somewhat frustrating. A few times when I had wanted to talk with someone the office was closed for lunch, or, they were not there for another reason. I either would have to wait until someone came back or I would have to come back at another time. No big deal.I still rate Uncle Bob's as the best and will still recommend Uncle Bob's to others. "

I used their truck to bring my things there for no charge and they also have a cargo cart for transporting loads indoors.
