What most impressed me was his computer expertise in setting up my account and setting up an automatic payment for me so that I didn't have to fuss with bills during the stressful process of moving. I only wish that other organizations had people as personable, honest and knowledgeable manning their enterprises. "So far everything is been good with the one exception of nobody being at the store close to the time they were to open. I understand this happens however as a business owner my self I had suggested a minor compensation for me A lock would have been a nice jester as i waited for someone to show up and open the office so I could rent a unit rather than go somewhere else if I inconvenience one of my clients I always try to make up for it in some small way at least But overall not really a big deal otherwise very happy with everything else, and I would still recommend the storage unit"
