I understand this happens however as a business owner my self I had suggested a minor compensation for me A lock would have been a nice jester as i waited for someone to show up and open the office so I could rent a unit rather than go somewhere else if I inconvenience one of my clients I always try to make up for it in some small way at least But overall not really a big deal otherwise very happy with everything else, and I would still recommend the storage unit"
