"Kimberly the manager was very helpful and professional to me and my elderly Mother. She took the time to give us the best buy and a closer location to the doors. She now has this impossible machine that we are told is where we should go to pay our monthly rent and it's not people friendly. As older people it's not feasible to be alone trying to make a payment. There goes real customer service for a Robot.."
