The gentleman behind the safety counter was friendly and helpful. Their prices are in line with what the current market rate is (9/28/21). At this time they did have a few units available. "In February I lost my storage unit that I had been renting for 18 years and had to move out within 3 weeks. After researching some local options, I called Life Storage in Addison and spoke to Fran about storage options. She explained very thoroughly the options that were available at the time and encouraged me to stop by to look at the available units in person. I did so, and she gave a hands on tour of the facility and showed me a 10x10 unit that was closest to the loading bay for ease of moving. I engaged in a lease for that unit on-line and the process could not have been easier. It also included 1 free month! On move in day, the garage door for the loading bay was broken and I thought I would have to come back another day, but Fran again was a big help in getting me setup to unload and move my items in on a cart through the office and to my unit. I had everything moved in within an hour. It could not have gone more smoothly and subsequent trips pulling into the loading bay with my truck have made it even that much easier. Thanks again Fran!"

I have stored my belongings in a variety of locations and never have I had such an experience. Recently, I was in a hurry loading my car up and accidentally left my golf clubs and bag in the garage. Dave, one of the employees, recognized that the bag was a left behind and stored it in the office and notified me of my mistake. Most other storage places, I would have been SOL.
