"This place is dirty AF. Climate control is a joke. Boxes broke down due to inconsistent humidity. They need to check the filters or some dirty people are storing garbage here. I've had a space here for 7 years and finally moved out. The past 2 years the rent increased 30% each year and the service declined by as much. This facility has gotten extremely dirty, filthy and the climate control is lacking proper humidity. Look at my photos, would you store your stuff here? It's a disaster."

"First, I have been renting here since first week they opened and thought everything was fine with inside unit being secure. Was I wrong a few weeks ago when I noticed the large overhead entry garage door that vehicles use to get entry inside building, not parking lot, was stuck in open position, after speaking with Kimberly, store manager, she told me it has been like that for a few days. So when they leave office for the day, the door was wide open with just a rusted padlock on a gate outside keeping anyone from coming into entire storage building. When asking Kimberly (manager) why unit renters were not notified of this breach in security, I was told "it's not a breach of security, garage door opener is broken and repair vendor is waiting for parts to fix". So I ask, "can you call me out of courtesy when it's fixed?" Kimberly replied "it's not in your rental policy that we are required to call". Then a week later she raised my monthly rate with an email saying "due to demand". So customers/renters, don't complain here or your rent may increase. Seriously thinking of seeking legal action.
Also, all the cameras at this facility are just for replay, they are not live as in someone watching them when nobody is in office."
