"Two (2)+ Years ago we needed a facility to store Our stuff, Mom's stuff, and Dad's stuff... We have nothing but pleasant things to say! Customer service is top notch, friendly, professional, courteous, and quick/efficient. I remember being taken around the facility, showcasing available options, help with the rental truck, help with the location of pod drop-off to make everything easier. The facility is clean, quiet, and secure! Our unit top-notch! We finished our need for storage today. If we ever need storage again - we will not need to consider any other location/place. "2 years ago my ex left me , she took our child and moved on, leaving me to figure out what I was to do next with our empty place and very expensive lease ending very soon . I didn’t have a place lined up to move into or a place to put my things .. so I called around to all of the Derry storage place everyone was expensive except Life storage off the 28, with a price I could afford who could go wrong with that , the ladies welcomed me in with warm open arms and helped me get through my tough time ,because we’ve all been there and those who are still there keep your head up. Even when I was always late to pay they always called me texted to check up on and of course the payment but the late fees were never crazy either …. Anyways come check them out if your looking for a place to store your things till you figure it out 24/hr access"
