"Absolute worst experience all the way around. This place is not as nice as others.  Not to mention you are not getting the size you think you are. A 5x10 is really 5x9'2". That's almost a foot smaller! So needless to say my stuff wouldn't fit. Also was told it was 24 hrs and I was locked outside with my storage open and stuff on a cart and i was on the phone for 35 minutes trying to get a resolution because the guy failed to enter me correctly in system. No one to get a hold of locally at 9pm. Was also told hallways were wide and they were not, had to carry my stuff to the unit. No door stops for the doors to enter other side so getting stuff through doors was a pain. That was just the first day. Then dealing with the associate Scott who has no customer relation skills just made it so bad that I chose to just take my stuff and find another place. Doesn't stop there. Going to get my stuff to leave this joke and the sliding doors would not open to get into place. So poorly run and not as advertised.  Seriously don't go here they are not all the same."
