"Since May of 2019, I rented 2 different storage units with Life Storage and its predecessor. The first unit (10' x 15') was rented in May of 2019 and vacated in December of 2020. The second unit (10' x 20') was rented in April of 2021 and vacated at the end of January of this year. I worked with George when I rented both units. "I needed storage September of this year 21. i went there on a Friday with 10,000 pounds of free weights I needed to unload fast. The MGR George stayed late for free to help me unload my truck and wouldn't accept a dime for his efforts. When my business opens next spring I'm gonna steal him and double his pay. The day he helped me at the same time time some guy was trying to hide a stolen car there and he was nice but firm when he told the guy to take a hike. This guy runs a good business and best thing is I trust him."

"From the get go this place has been phenomenal, due to the amazing customer service from George Bauman. He was the man who helped me find the right unit for all my stuff. He walked me around to show me were it was and to make sure the space would work for me. He even help me find the right size boxes for a few things I hadn't had packed up yet. He made it easy to understand how much you'll be paying a month when it's due and if you should use insurance on your items. I just had an amazingly easy experience working with him. On top of all of that I accidentally signed the vacancy form. So, he called me up and double checked to see if that was correct or not. "Well first off. This company bought out the other one and just automatically started taking payments out of my account without my permission. Absolutely unacceptable. Then I gave them a months notice that I was going to be out and guess what. It’s the first and they took my payment out. That’s weird because I gave you a months notice that I was going to be out. Then when you call him he laughs and thinks it’s fun That it will be 5 to 7 business days to get my money back. I would suggest going somewhere else. Maybe the one right next door!!"
