Norfolk Self Storage at 1806 E Little Creek Rd

The front desk was very courteous and was punctual with returning back to our desk so that she can service me. The storage facilities seems very clean and safe. There is security cameras posted everywhere as well as security signs letting people know that there are security cameras watching at all times everywhere. I feel safe leaving my belongings there. I look down the street from this storage facility for many many years and frequently go up and down Little Creek Road and watch various sites that show crime around the area and since 1996 of course that's not when that was built but that's how long I've been around I am not had any indication that there has been a crime at that location. I have seen and heart of a lot of other storage units around I have had local break-ins but never have I heard anything about this particular location. That is why I feel safe showing my belongings there and I have a great deal of expensive equipment I have no worries that this facility will keep my items secure. Cindy was a great deal of help even helped me do a couple of extra things that was an orthodox like printing out labels so that I can return items she was very courteous and helpful in any way possible. I would definitely store my belongings here if I was you you should have no problems.

Cindy was such great help when i came to get a temporary storage unit to put my stuff to prepare for my move from Virginia to California. She knew exactly what I needed for my belongings. Her customer service was outstanding. I would recommend this location.
