Danielle is AMAZING! My husband and I recently rented a storage unit here. We were a little skeptical after reading several negative reviews about dramatic price increases, but thankfully that didn't stop us! Danielle greeted us warmly at our first visit and thoroughly explained how their systems work, and we managed to avoid any rent-doubling in the future. She was totally transparent about policies and prices, on top of being very personable, so we can't recommend this location enough. Her customer service is seriously unparalleled!

Thanks to Todd at the TW Alexander Location in Durham for helping me today with finding the right sized storage unit and the excellent customer service. He was very patient and offered extra products that I would need to help me with packing my items. I'm very happy with the climate controlled unit and the available dollies to make it easier to transport my items from the car to the unit. I also love the large elevators which allows more room to load more items so that there are less trips to make.

First time storage renter and was not sure what to expect other than having a place to put my stuff. Clean facility with reasonably priced units. I forget her name, but the woman in the front office that helped me was awesome! She made sure I understood the need-to-know info for renting and even came to help when she noticed I was struggling outside. I’d recommend this place just based off my first experience with the front office staff.
