I came to life storage on Wednesday eveing after work and was greeted by Rita and her Co worker whom I never got his name but both were very friendly, attentive and helpful in helping me get into my storage in replacing my lock after misplacing my keys. I have been using this facility for 2 or 3 years now and its clean, accessible and convenient. Thank you guys!

I have a couple of storage units here. A payment I made was applied to the incorrect storage unit and although I would have received a credit on that unit, I couldn't come up with two payments to pay for last month's payment that was received but not applied to the correct storage and the current months payment. Rita was wonderful and helped me get my account corrected. Thank you, Rita! Four stars is because I had to make several calls regarding this situation.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and the process was very quick. Also they have carts and an elevator which make moving super easy, very clean and organized facility. Highly recommended.

Stoped by to rent and look at the sizes of the storage units. I was helped by Rita and she was very nice gave me a full tour of the place let me see the sizes I was I interested in renting. They honored the online prices overall great staff and a nice clean place to store your stuff would highly recommend

I have been so pleased doing business with this facility. The office manager, Rita, is outstanding! She is quick to respond, friendly, and solves problems to everyone’s satisfaction.
