"Great Location! Love the management! I’ve had 5-6 different storage units over the last 20 - 25 years and in the last 10 years I have had 2 climate controlled storage units at the Fairway Plaza location in Pasadena Tx. The storage units and property are very clean and well taken care of to the point I’ve never had a rodent problem of any kind. The late hours for access always fit my schedule. This being Texas we all have flooding problems from time to time. However I’ve never seen a drop of water in either of my storage units at this location. Lastly, I want to tell you about the management. There is no doubt in my mind that Bonnie is one of the best managers out there. She’s always been supper nice and polite. She’s willing to go above and beyond because she cares and it shows. She absolutely loves her job helping people like me store life’s possessions one month at a time and I’m grateful for that. Thanks to her and this store I’ve been able to keep everything that I’ve wanted to one day pass down to my daughter."
