A 10x20 storage space is the size of 2-3 Bedrooms. It holds furnishings and appliances for an average 1500 sq. ft. residence. It can also hold compact vehicles depending on width and length.

"First of all, Brianna was at the front desk the day we moved in. She was incredibly helpful with answering all our questions and addressing our concerns. She was friendly and emphatic to the stress of moving-in day. Our 10x10 unit was on the second floor of bldg C.
PROS: The pricing was very decent when we were shopping around. The whole area looks very safe, with the pin pad gate access and we could see plenty of security cameras all over the place. The units are clean, the hallways are well lit, and security for each one is very adequate with the lock provided.
CONS: The second floor units are not labeled at all outside the bldg. Only the 1st floor units are labeled. We literally circled the entire bldg looking for our unit, only having to go in and ask Brianna where it is, only then were told you actually have to go inside Bldg C to see the layout. It would be better to have labels of 2nd floor units clearly marked on the outside. Also, the elevator for this location is only a passenger one, not freight elevator. It was extremely hard to maneuver a regular length sofa into it as the doors are not wide enough, not tall and spacious enough once inside. Why not install freight/cargo elevator in the beginning is baffling. There is the option of stairs, but again, to move heavy bulky furniture is difficult with winding stairs. We realize then the 1st floor units are much better in this sense in moving in."

"Ive had my storage unit for over 3 years with increases each years (substantial increases) and there has never been carts available for me in my building with the exception of my first day when putting my items into storage.
I have the largest unit and I do go into it often to move things around, remove items, put new things in... its part of having a unit. I can never get anyone to answer the phones. I called today 7 times with no avail. There was a big moving truck blocking the entrance to my building so I had to squeeze through just to get inside. I parked 50 yards away... so once inside I got what I needed but with no dolly I struggled to get my first load out. I called all 7 times for assistance from the office so they could provide what their signs say dolly provided. Please return when finished. But there wasnt one and no answer as usual. 45 minutes later and after arguing with the 4 men who were running a car business out of their unit and told me to move my car after I was finally able to get up to the door to load my boxes, I was over it.
I left and just minutes later I get a call from the office saying they were out on property. They are always out on property. I explained what happened. The lady tells me that the guys have a tint job company they run from one of the business units!?! What??
Then she says they only have 3-4 dollys for the whole storage facility. Ridiculous! I told her I pay way too much to never be able to locate one or Have to hunt one down. She said gave excuses but then as I pulled up to get a prescription and gave my name, she hung up on me.

I was a customer here since it opened as Denton Tap storage--and through Uncle bobs to these completely unprofessional group. First- I had a similar problem with the online payment processing and went all the way up to the corporate office. I was NEVER late with a payment --- I didnt even get the courtesy of a call back...They couldn't care less --and they will tell you they dont care-- this is all about making money dishonestly. Second -- the units are not heated or cooled as originally contracted-- IE hotter in summer and cold in the winter-- Might as well stick your items in your BACK YARD..
and of course as important-- 12 months before vacate-- my units were 60% LESS-- Ridiculous--..
You Real Estate TRUST people( the owners)will be crying if the economy tanks -- and frankly I cant wait.."

After at least 5 years of being faithful customer w 1 late payment bcz I was out of the country & their new email bill pay setup could not be accessed from the country I was in, & no over the phone payment was an option, this month I put my check in the box less than 1 hour after it was due. I had until midnight to pay under the former management. I was informed the next morning that the payment was late bcz the office had closed. So I took the late payment that Same evening but the next morning I was locked out. The late fee went up from 15 to 22.40(what the crap is the .40 for ha ha ha) Samantha is not interested one bit in retaining loyal customers. It's all good though bcz we all have too much crap anyway. De clutter your life. Don't reward their bad service. I try not to get petty. But I'm making an exception here. The niggling thing is I had stopped by w my check b4 the office had closed. They weren't there bcz they are woefully understaffed & their "be right back" sign was incorrect. I needed a pen (totally my fault I admit) so I went home & got a pen, wrote the check & went back. The had closed in the intervening 20 minutes. RATS!!!!!"

"DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I warn you do not pursue rental space from this organization. I am currently moving forward with legal action against them. Ill be glad to post/share all the details as they unfold. My balance was paid in full ( I have a receipt) a week prior to a potential auction. Nonetheless, they sold ALL the contents in my unit. They have admitted their mistake and are apologetic, but honestly that doesnt mean anything. I had approx $90-100k worth of items in here consisting of brand new used furniture, ten of thousands $$$ worth of clothing, electronics, and one of a kind personal items that are invaluable. If you care about your items PLEASE do yourself a favor and find another location and company. Im telling you, my balance was PAID IN FULL approx 1 week before any auction and this insurmountable and catastrophic mistake was made."

They have indoor and outdoor storage, only downside is the they dont have enough carts to load and unload but the place is usually not busy so it's not a hard time using one. They were running special when I got my storage unit for only $37 and they actually show you around the storage area so you can get an idea of how big their spaces are.

In addition the storage units are very secure and are often inspected from the outside to ensure that they are locked. On one occasion we accidentally didn't lock the storage unit securely and they called us the next day to let us know that they put a seal on it to ensure that no one had gotten into it. Again they go the extra way to ensure that we are completely satisfied. They also have handy carts for loading and unloading. This is the best storage facility that we've ever used."
