"From start to finish Lifestorage has been such a positive experience! The facility is super clean, so easy to get in and out of and professionally maintained. My movers were going to charge me extra to go to a storage unit that was not close enough to the entry point and this was one of the few places where you could actually drive into the storage unit so it ended up saving me a lot of money . Christie who manages the Hixson Location was fabulous and so helpful."

"I originally moved into this storage facility when it was owned by another company that I was familiar with and trusted. A couple of weeks later Life Storage took over the property, and I was a little skeptical at first. However, the staff, especially Debbie, have been extremely friendly and helpful both in person and on the phone as I had a couple of billing issues that had to be resolved in the changing of owners. Also, the property itself is well maintained, and the climate controlled section is kept at a temperature in the 70's that I expect when I pay for climate controlled versus another facility in town that considered climate controlled to be 80 degrees. In the humid climate of Chattanooga, having a space at 80 degrees is close to not having climate control at all so I appreciate that Life Storage provides legitimate climate control so I don't have to worry about my items become damp and mildewed."

There is plenty of room to move around and unload pretty much any size truck or van you need. The well-sized, temperature-controlled storage options are very nice, especially when you have oil paintings to protect! It has been very pleasant to work in an air conditioned environment. The staff are very caring, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the facility and rules. We HIGHLY recommend you store your items here, they will be in good hands! Thanks!"
