Initially stopped by store to check the storage place. Gladly meeting with Jenelle. She is super friendly, nice, professional, and knowledgable to show me the storage units. The storage units are clean and well maintained as well. I would definitely come back again in the future.

I have been renting with life storage for almost 2 years now. I did not intend to be renting this long, but I moved out of state and unfortunately had some financial struggles. Every time I have called to get updates on my account Jenelle has been extremely professional. She always knows the answers to my questions and is very informative. I have never felt uncomfortable or embarrassed calling this location. I have always been handled with respect. Location is clean and well-maintained. Staff really goes above and beyond.

Had an emergency where we needed temporary storage. Luckily I found Life Storage. From setup to move they were awesome, specifically Janelle the site manager. She is amazing, customer service oriented, and honest. The facility itself was easy to get to for any nearby university students or parents. Also clean and dry!
