"I moved into a storage unit in this facility that turned out to be too small. I had reserved the unit online and probably should have visited the office first to get more info. So realizing I needed more space, I stopped in to the office and spoke with Mary, the facility manager. She was very understanding and assisted me in selecting another unit that was more appropriate in size for my needs. Mary made the transfer from one unit to the other very easy and even stopped by to see if we needed anything else while we were moving our boxes and bins. Mary was awesome. "Fantastic place! It's easily accessible from the highway, and easy to get in and out. I love that you can drive right up to the storage unit, and that the inside is dry and well lit. The 11' ceiling height makes for plenty of room to store things, including some 10' sign posts that we bring to events. Great pricing, too. The managers/owners were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended."

"The facility is clean and well kept. There is 24/7 access and is secured with a fence, locked gate and cameras. The staff members were helpful, friendly and polite. I like Life Storage and I am generally satisfied. The storage unit that I rented requires a lock not commonly in use. I did not own one, and I have never seen one like it for sale. This meant that I had to purchase it there. It was not inexpensive, nor am I likely to have a use for it once I am done with the storage unit rental so, it is an additional expense I would rather not have."
