"4 rate hikes, Since Ive been in this unit for almost 3 years, Ive had a problem with rats, ants, spiders, and a water leak from somewhere. May 2023, Once again, (my 4th time) they go up on the rent. Almost double from were I started. Seems like every other month I get a rent increase, with nonwarning or explanation. I called to enquire, reached Tyler, his repsponse, expect an increase at least twice a year at Life Storage.He then asked when do I plan to move out the unit. Lol... Insaid ASAP. Im not that bad off to deal with a company who can't appreciate my business. clearly just raisng rates for the hell.of it. I wouldnt recommend storing longer than a couple months. I was told you will get a rate increase. At this point Its more cost effective to rent a tool shed from home depot or Public Storage."
