"Never again I'm glad I'm clearing out soon! I've been with place since early 2019. I would leave if I wasn't out of state. This place raises your space rent, it's ridiculously. It was called Cubesmart I think when we 1st started. They told me when we started to stay a couple months ahead paid so that way I wouldn't have to worry about my rebt going up. Never understood why. Well I have two large units I pay almost $277./month. They make plenty of money, and in the times we are all dealing with they raise space rent. It's ridiculous! Both of my spaces have been raised and not a couple bucks over $10 each! I'm not late and pay everything we owe, and we're coming to clear out our stuff! We won't use them again."

"This by far the worst customer service and management run facility that I have ever had service at. The doors ar the bottom of the building were either broke or not working. Management has no clue how to treat people. I was lied to about the promotion promised to me. Exit lights are broke and I can go on. I would not reccomend this business to anyone. Customer service is the most important thing and they absolutely lack it."
