  "The automatic monthly payment is always an annoying problem. It is impossible to set up the monthly deductions. When you finally manage to accomplish this, after a few months there is a new problem with the card. I never hear about it until they want to charge me a late fee. I thought I had set up auto monthly payment then I get hit with a late charge."
