"We rented a unit online and was told assured it was climate controlled. We rented it a month ahead of when we actually needed it and paid 2 months rent before we moved. We wanted the unit to be climate controlled and inside the building and the manager Eileen agreed Eileen solved our problems by changing our unit to 2 climate controlled units and refunded our rent for the non-climate controlled unit. She was determined to make things right and she and Tom went the extra mile to see that happened. We highly recommend Life Storaage to anyone looking for storage space. These people are the best!"

"Storing my items in the beginning was supposed to be short term. Closing took longer then expected so I asked the rep to use my card and place on auto pay. He said he would, and didn't so I got a late fee. I paid the fee and asked it to be placed on auto pay, they didn't again. Since I'm moved out they weren't will to do anything about it."
