We wanted the unit to be climate controlled and inside the building and the manager Eileen agreed Eileen solved our problems by changing our unit to 2 climate controlled units and refunded our rent for the non-climate controlled unit. He said he would, and didn't so I got a late fee. I paid the fee and asked it to be placed on auto pay, they didn't again. Since I'm moved out they weren't will to do anything about it."
