A 5x5 storage space is the size of a small walk-in closet. It holds one piece of furniture with a narrow footprint, tall narrow items like lamps, and 6-8 boxes.
A 10x20 storage space is the size of 2-3 Bedrooms. It holds furnishings and appliances for an average 1500 sq. ft. residence. It can also hold compact vehicles depending on width and length.

"Had to make what should have been, “a quick run” to my storage unit(s), but when I got to the unit I needed I was unable to unlock my unit!! I called the office and spoke to Conner Mohan. He was polite, friendly, and professional. He said he would meet me at the unit, and arrived in less than a minute! He immediately went into problem solving mode. After going around from 1 unit to the next, trying out all the different keys (for the multiple units i have), he finally solved the problem…I had inadvertently switched locks w another unit, and so the assigned key wouldn’t work!
UGHHH!!! I was thoroughly frustrated w myself! It would be understandable if Conor was equally, if not more frustrated w me, and the situation.Especially since I did just waste about 20 minutes of his time!! "AMAZING experience with Life Storage.Easy online set up. The website offered a special to utilize their van for free with first time renters. An email explaining my code to get in the gate and the outside door code was clear and one way signs made it easy to get to my climate controlled unit. The email notated the lock would be inside (could return it if you have your own, but I didn't so it worked for me) when I got there I was in a slight panic that I didn't bring scissors to open the lock, but low and behold the amazing staff left a welcome bag with the lock cut open for me! PHEW! How thoughtful! Free truck, was actually van but it was very big and you get a free 20 miles and need to just replace the gas - boom! Thanks to Mr. Conor for an all around easy set up, move in and truck rental. Grateful I picked here to store my things!"

"Been renting my space for about two years, and the rent has doubled. I specifically stated that I was looking for a fixed rent or, at the very least, one that didn't increase more than once annually. For double the rent, I am not allowed to use the dumpster or any other trash can on the property. I cannot call the office and speak to a human being, either a machine answers or no one answers. There's rodents inside my unit, which is inside and climate controlled. I even put mice traps in my unit. The lock goes on the unit the first day you forget to pay them, as if there is no grace period of any kind. During the pandemic, they actually raised their rates and did nothing to help anyone who might have been struggling. I hope I never have to use a storage unit again, but if I did, this one is one of the least terrible of all the terrible, money grubbing options. The road leading into the facility is filled with dangerous potholes and metal plates. The whole half side of the lot is now torn up and under construction while the road you have to drive over with your car full is also torn up. *On the last day of my paid rent for the month, I was moving out of my unit when I needed to go to the office to use the bathroom and see if they had a second cart I could use. The attendant was rude, refused to allow me access into the office because of COVID. It is almost June and shots have been readily available for some months now. She told me I had to wait in my car, it's over 80 degrees outside, I couldn't even stand outside and wait. I got mildly terse with her about that and next thing I know, she drives over in a golf cart, apologized to other customers I wasn't even interacting with "that they had to deal with me", and then told me she was going to lock me out of my own unit that I paid for! At this point I had to call the police!! Utterly ridiculous. All this rent increasing and your customers can't even get a restroom or a bit of common courtesy? I cannot hardly wait for the end of today and to be finished with this nightmare."
