"I had the wonderful opportunity of visiting and the Life Storafe facility located in Morrow, GA off of hwy 54, and meeting Britney the front office manager. Talk about the ultimate level of customer service! Britney was well knowledged on all of the many products that this company had to offer; furthermore, she really listened and anticipated my direct needs to fit my budget! Greeted with a smile of the upmost sincerest regards, Britney walked me to my prospective unit as she advised me of the multiple specials, including the free use of a moving van... she went on to provide me with much needed peace of mimd by pointing the many security features that are currently in place at this location; for instance, the in and out gated access which is guided by a code of choice, 24/7 camera monitoring that can be seen from various angles of the perimeter and within, most importantly, the fact that, " the store manager resides on the premises"! Overall, my personal experience was a real breath of fresh air, exspecially knowing that I now have the right place to store my personal valuables during this transitional period. Brittany held my reservation for the free truck rental, which was a huge help. She also extended rental for an extra hour, past the time it was due to allow me to get everything moved in & not feel so rushed. Not to mention she has such a BEAUTIFUL spirit!
