A 10x20 storage space is the size of 2-3 Bedrooms. It holds furnishings and appliances for an average 1500 sq. ft. residence. It can also hold compact vehicles depending on width and length.

I wasn’t aware of a late fee policy only the grace period which I was in. "I obtained a storage unit in May 2020. The unit was spacious and clean and the young lady working that day was very nice and courteous. Today, 2 Oct 2020, I received an email from Archie stating a rental increase! My original contract had my cost broken out as:
Rent, $60.30 and Tax, $3.92; totaling $64.22 a month. The letter I received with the new cost is broken out as:
Rent, $66.00 and Other Charges, $4.29; totaling $70.29 a month. I was told the "Other Charges" is for tax. Really?!!! Tax was already included in my monthly of $64.22. Beware of dramatic price increases with this company! A $6.07 increase after having the unit for only 6 months and with E-payments! I understand an occasional increase, but this is an over kill!"

"I am not happy how this was all handled. This was a cube smart storage place. It was turned over to Life Storage. The current manager is rude and hard to understand. I had a $12 credit on my account for insurance that I had obtained. Since they were turned over I no longer have this credit and this gal said too bad that they can't do anything about the credit that it. is wiped out with the change over. The storage place is nice but the new management not so much."
