A 5x5 storage space is the size of a small walk-in closet. It holds one piece of furniture with a narrow footprint, tall narrow items like lamps, and 6-8 boxes.
A 10x20 storage space is the size of 2-3 Bedrooms. It holds furnishings and appliances for an average 1500 sq. ft. residence. It can also hold compact vehicles depending on width and length.

"This is the worst place to store your belongings. We rented for almost 4 year's, we had a 10 x 25 x 8.
We moved out because my credit card expiration date changed and the auto payment did not go through. Robyn, the manager charged a $89.00 late fee. Upon moving out because they raised the rent. When we first rented it was a Cube Smart, rent was $300.00 per month. When Life Storage purchased it, they raised the rent every few months until my last payment was $583.00.
Water got in and all my boxes were wet and stuck to the floor. Everything was infested with silverfish bugs.
A man rode his bike in carrying a gas can, because the gate is usually always open, he siphoned gas out of a motorhome sitting out. We tried to tell the manager Robyn, but she wouldn't open the door during business hours. We did tell the other guy, Manny. We saw a woman a few times ride her bike in and she always disappeared a few minutes later, we think she lives in there, probably in one of the motor homes.
They have 3 carts for people to use and they are in awful condition.
The bathroom was always out of order, the place is dirty and poorly run. If you care about your stuff, don't go here.

After years of having a storage unit here I think it's time I post a review. The manager, Robyn, has been most professional, helpful, and has gone above and beyond.
When my unit door was left open by one of my workers, Robyn called to alert me that the door was left open and nobody was around. She then secured the unit for me to make sure everything is safe! I've also had issues with a person who was no longer authorized access trying to get into my unit. Robyn was most professional with her communications to the person who left without incident.
Overall the location, cleanliness, and accessibility of the storage is wonderful. It seems that the staff really take things to a new level to ensure a clean and safe facility for everyone!"

"Our only complaint is the light outside our unit has been out since we moved in and we were told it would be replaced. However around 6 months later the bulb is still out. Safety hazard. We have asked numerous times and last time we were told someone has to come out to replace bulb/ballast. It should not take months to replace this. This is the only complaint we have. The ladies in office are exceptional. So if you could please send someone to replace light would be appreciated. Thank you."

"I recently started using Life Storage and went there several times to find out how to pay the monthly bill. Each time I went there on different days there was never anyone available, just a sign on the door that says be right back.
When I finally did find someone there I was told my payment was late and had to pay a late fee even though I was there in plenty of time to pay it but as usual no one was around to help."

"A great place to put your extra stuff. We were in need of a spot to store our trailer as Wyndams did not allow us to put our trailer at the condo we are at. Robyn called us after the reservation was made to assure us our spot was ready. We rented a 40 ft spot. We got there and no one was there as an emergency came up but she was very quick to call us back to let us know she had returned to the location and we could bring our trailer. She was a friendly person and just the type of person I would want to have run a place. After driving for three days it was nice to have someone who made our process of checking our trailer in nice and simple.
