I was in constant contact with the manger.
Then when I pulled my trailer early they stopped all contact with me. And. Charged my card several times after my contract had ended. They are the worst. Company I have ever seen.

"I have a number of grievances with this particular Life storage. About two weeks in to my getting a parking spot and a storage unit, the gate was broken and left open for about two months, maybe longer.
I have been working on my vehicle here since we got the parking spot, and have seen many others do the same so I was surprised when the Manager Rahda told us we could not work on it at all.
When we went into the office to tell her we would be finding a parking spot that suits our needs she offered nothing but an attitude and a desire to reiterate that we couldn't work on our Truck redundantly.
This is the heart of my issue here.
She seemed to want nothing more than to argue with me about a problem I simply wanted to solve by leaving. I was nothing but respectful even as she pulled up the wrong account information after we told her the correct parking spot multiple times. She offered nothing but sarcastic remarks while loudly asserting it was her way of being helpful."

"When I relocated from New York to South Florida I had a large climate controlled storage unit at this Lake Worth facility for 2 years prior to purchasing my primary residence. I chose this facility because the pricing was significantly cheaper than their West Palm Beach location, and I knew this storage would be long-term.
When I moved my belongings out, I was extremely pleased that everything was clean, dry and had no odors or evidence of vermin whatsoever.
I would not hesitate to recommend this storage location to anyone in need of a quality facility."
"BEWARE! This Company has a predatory business model.
It starts at the beginning:
Bring your own lock if you are renting a space as they will insist you lock your unit the date you rent or you have to purchase one of their non-competitively priced locks.
The free truck isn't free, they will apply a fine to your bill if your are late in returning it even if they make you go to a separate facility to pick up a truck (as was my case). They monitor the security tape and note the time.
Secondly:
They charge numerous fees in addition to their base rent, it is part of their business model. Including:
Lien fee $115
Late fees $40
Insurance $24
Rent tax $4.56
This company is particularly insidious and/or the manager is exeptionally draconian.
There should be some competition that would.treat their customers more fairly and condominiums that actually have more storage space.
Be an aware consumer before you find yourself unpleasantly surprised."
