Hi, I want to say that Donette was very professional and helpful when I had to put my belongings in a last minute storage unit. I forgot to take my glasses in with me, so she read the contract on the storage unit to me. I wish other businesses had someone who is so knowledgeable and helpful. My day was really stressful but she made me feel better the way she was a great help and I was able to finally relax knowing that I had a place to store my belongings until I find a house.

I had a hard time getting into the gate the day of my move in the key pad kept saying it didn’t recognize my code and the app wouldn’t open the gate for at least 5minutes.

4/5/2024; Now Extra Space Storage just had to update my review. Still excellent customer service with the changeover and new Manager Donnette! She was absolutely wonderful, super helpful and very personable. The 103rd Street location in Jacksonville, Fl store #20 facility is SPOTLESS! I feel really good about storing my most important possesions here long term. I am really glad I found this place.
