The door on the unit broke when I opened it for the first time, and the woman running the place, Larissa, got me set up in a brand new unit right away. The second unit was clean and just as good as the first.

Great facility to rent a unit from. I would definatly say Most of that is because Larissa is on top of everything there. She puts effort into a job where most people would sit behind a desk and be on their phone constantly. Any problem big or small, she will do her best to handle it if not immediately then within 24 hours. She gets to know the people that rent units there and she never has a bad attitude. We have rented from other locations and the staff were down right rude and treated us like we were a nuisance for even trying to pay a bill. Waterbury is a good distance from our home but we stay because of how great Larissa is.
