"Renting a storage unit through this Life Storage location has been a lovely experience and it has been a weight off my mind while I bounced around for a couple of years constantly moving. But knowing my belongings have been watched over by such caliber of employees. Their prices were competitive but it was the staff: the time they took, the reassurance they provided. It eased the process of being physically separated from items dear to me. During the beginning of the pandemic, I fell behind on a lot of bills. Life Storage was willing to work with me to resolve my account without having to lose my items. It really said a lot about the staff and the company. To receive such consideration from a company during such a time really confirmed my decision. Unfortunately there was a huge rain fall Oct 2021 and my unit did receive water damage, as life tends to provide these curveballs. Life Storage immediately let me know and was on top of communicating ways to remedy the situation as promptly as possible. Even had another, very dry storage unit ready for me for the items that were okay. The only reason I have stopped storing with them is I got rid of a bunch of stuff during covid and could move everything in. I am happy to refer them and to rent again for any future storage needs."

"This place is outrages they keep raising the price in the rent, these people don't think on the low income people, people are jobless this company keeps raising the rent all they think about is putting money in there pocket. Taking advantage of people this are greedy Selfish people. Who don't care about anyone else but them selfs. We have bills to pay and children to feed. These people need to think twice before raising the price, they should put themselves in our shoes see how it feels. I started paying 120 month and all of a sudden jumps up to 155 month. We all need to file a compliant to the better business  bureau, So the owner can see what kind of selfish scum bags people they have working for them."

"I came to Sacramento with my motorhome and I need a place to store it. I stop by Life Storage on Pelt and decided to store my RV there. The manager was nice and considerate and sensitive. I told her that my motorhome was special to me and she gave me a spot right in front of the camera and I appreciate that. It’s been two years now, I don’t go there to check on my RV anymore because I trust Life Storage! Great staff and very informative managers Melissa."

"I rented a space at the end of October. Paid for the remainder of the month as well as the following month, November 2020. When I did that I requested auto draft every month as I work 10+ hours a day. For whatever reason they did not properly complete the auto pay. Long story short. After calling numerous times to pay, I was told I couldn't do it on line or over the phone with the rep. They told me I must talk to a manager. Again being that I am in and out of town, and rarely have access to my phone between the hours of 8am and 6pm PST. I was never able to get a manager. Also, keep in my I have told their service reps the story about auto pay. I took a 20 break and exited my building to get it done. I call to pay whatever I owe, as I need to put more stuff in there. See I'm moving to San Diego. Apparently whatever genius who makes the decisions on these things,decided to auction off my belongings. If accounts were documented correctly, by people who actually cared about what they do and the people they help, they would've realized they just lost thousands of dollars in future revenue for the company. Zero Stars"

"Very helpful,well-managed,open late & very clean and safe for the family and there things. Just have to really say thank you again to them . Had a 26 foot truck full of stuff. Got to small of a storage . But got on the phone and with in 20 min had a bigger one set up that night . Saved us on another night for the 26 foot truck we rented ."
