"Very impressed I have been preconditioned from past experiences and interactions with others to loathe the very concept of renting a storage place. Extended contracts, extraordinary fees, limited access for hours for the facility amongst many other concerns have prohibited me from pursuing the use of a storage facility. The other day I called Life Storage’s 800 # just for general information. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, courteousness and overall excellent customer service I was provided with by the representative on the phone. I was able to schedule an appointment in a timely fashion and get everything arranged fairly quickly at the site itself. I moved my belongings in the same day. The fees are reasonable - the monthly expenses also reasonable. The entire experience was well beyond what I would’ve expected for most places these days let alone a storage facility. Each step of the process was easy and met with respectful courteous, professional, customer service representatives that exceeded my expectations for a service experience that I would receive from most establishments.
