Very happy with our experience at Life Storage. We live out of state and needed storage to hold furniture from a rental property that we sold until we purchased a new house. We got a good price for the unit, easy access and the facility is very clean. We arrived to removed our belongings and realized we left the key to the lock back at home. Brian the manager, saved us by drilling the lock for no charge and providing us a replacement lock until we could get all of our stuff out. He could have easily used our situation to make a few extra dollars but instead gave us great customer service. I highly recommend this Life Storage location.
