"DO NOT USE!! The storage unit management has been anything but helpful. Their website only posts reviews from internal use. So you'll never see a negative review. We tried to work with them to accommodate to get our things and move. They were not helpful in anything. Whether it was the moving trucks we were using, the timing, the use of outside cleaners. The storage unit itself has always been dirty. I get all non-climate controlled storages will get dusty and dirty. However this place has all kind of concerns. Lack of lighting and I'm sure rats among other rodents. Go somewhere else. Save yourself the hassle and energy."

When I went to pick up the truck down the road, however, we waited more than a half hour for the associate to finish with the customer ahead of us. With Alex, it was so quick from walking in to getting keys, we couldn't understand the hold up. And it added to the already stressful process of moving. Overall, the experience has been awesome, though. I will recommend and definitely use again!!! "

"The fact that the storage units are next to an empty field made it virtually impossible for bugs, lizards, and other critters not to nest inside my storage unit. That isn't Uncle Bob's fault, just the environment in which it is located. I had lizards and spiders jumping out of boxes I had in my storage unit."
