I've used storage facilities in the past, but I must say this was by far the greatest experience I have had. The customer service is superb. The agent that I spoke to was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. I was able to complete everything online. After I completed my contract I received a call from the manager Mike, to welcome me and offer his assistance. I closed my account because I didn't need it any longer, but was going to downsize, unfortunately, they didn't have a smaller size at this time. I will keep checking online for a smaller unit. It's also very convenient to where I live, and access to the units is very easy. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

I called in for a large unit and Chris was able to locate one that was available near me, at a good rate. Everything was taken care of right over the phone so I didn't have to rush down before the office closed. Great Experience! Thank you Chris!
