I've had a great experience with Life Storage. In particular Ricardo, who was nice enough to request my storage fee be reduced after I received a mail from Life Storage saying my fee was increasing greatly due to "Market Value". I will most likely not be staying with Life storage because of how the pricing system works regarding storage companies in general and their general tendency to greatly increase the monthly cost after just a few months. I will shop around for a better deal until I can find a suitable solution for my storage needs. Disappointed I have to change companies, but from what I've learned lately, increasing price to fit "market value" appears to be a common practice. They lure you in with a low price and then hit you with a price almost three times what you originally paid. It's all in the fine print. It's just unfortunate this how storage companies do business

It’s fine. But they will change your rent without telling you. Mine went from $73, to $127, to $150 in less that a year without a single notice. I reached out and no one ever got back to me.

Life Storage at Milton is an excellent location. The staff is responsive, quick, and helpful. My unit is very clean and safe - and MUCH easier to access than some others around East Dallas (you know who I mean). I am very grateful for the assistance of their office. I highly recommend this location.
