A 10x20 storage space is the size of 2-3 Bedrooms. It holds furnishings and appliances for an average 1500 sq. ft. residence. It can also hold compact vehicles depending on width and length.

The storage unit was given to me very cleanly,and there is a ceiling light. The hours are 7am til 10pm which make it very accessible throughout the day and evening,if you are a fleamarket merchant like myself. On one of the units the light has never worked and we've called it in and made numerous trouble tickets
The last straw was a door broke and they are refusing to fix it and we have had several tickets out in pre-covid to get it fixed.
They dont care about your property or the safety of the facility they just want your money"

"I appreciated the fact that renting a unit was easy and everything was done online and contactless. My things were secure, however they didn't "feel" as though they were. The place was kind of dirty and rather eerie and had "june bugs" everywhere. Majority of the storage doors in the hallway my unit was located on, including mine had been what looked like broken into. (I assume locks had to be broken due to delinquent tenants). It looked like someone had hit them all with an ax. It was dark even once the lights were on and there was always the same random guy hanging around when I went there at night, which is his business but still odd. When I moved out, a lot of my boxes were warped from where they'd been damp due to humidity. If I ever need storage again I probably would go back to this location. The pricing was fair and there were no hidden fees. But I'll be sure to invest in a climate controlled unit."

However, when I arrived at the unit and actually measured it it was 5 x 4....this is clearly different than what was advertised. I was unable to fit the piano in that space and had to rent the next size....to me, the company has a clear problem with honesty in its advertising. Please advertise your units with what the measurements really are and let people decide which one they want!"
