"The last 4 times I have been down to my storage building the temperature in the building was extremely hot. I started sweating just walking into the building. By the time I started moving things, I was poring with sweat. In previous visits, it was much cooler in there. I have been down there in the late hours so wasn't able to talk to anyone, but I definitely plan to call and complain."
