Michelle was super helpful for my elderly grandmother who came alone to rent the storage and then again the next day when I came to initially access it! We had to switch sizes and she was fast and helpful

I believe it was Kyle who helped me secure thee units over the phone and his service was outstanding! He patiently helped me understand all of my options and was thorough in his explanation. I literally enjoyed our business transaction. He service was perfect! Then at the storage location Michelle, Life Storage Manager, was there after hours having just swept led and mopped our units (climate controlled). She had our locks ready to go and walked us to our units. We didn’t expect such supportive and professional assistance! Then on day two as we were unloading Michelle came over and made sure everything was good. My wife and I were just securing three units but the err treated like royalty! Thank you Michelle and Kyle!!

I visited this storage facility on 08/17/23 to inquire about a climate controlled 10x10 unit. I was was greeted in the office by Amber and Michelle, who are the sweetest ladies I've ever met.
