Absolutely superb! I rented from the Lexington location for two years. Mark is an extraordinariyly helpful, knowledgeable and very patient person. I had a lot of questions and he handled everthing with grace and put my mind at ease. The place, itself, is well-maintained, reasonably priced and in a great location. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a climate-controlled, safe place to store your extra belongings.

UPDATE: After years I am finally moving into a new home and I spoke with Mark regarding move-out. I thought there would be a firm 30-day notice required as well as a final payment due but Mark made setting up my move-out dates for both units SO easy! I am very thankful to have had safe and secure storage for all of my belongings and to have such lovely and helpful staff to be there to assist over the years! Thank you Mark for your amazing customer service! The process to sign the lease was super easy and Chrys was wonderful to call me and let me know what to expect! Super easy overall- and much appreciated
