Spoke with Jim and the manger Tammy who took care of what I need. Made sure I had the right unit size of what I need to store. Prices were fair and have me set up. Time it took was quick and easy. Such nice people and nice place to store and secure your belongings

Amanda Conley, the store manager, is a very sweet young lady. She explained everything and even made sure I was picking the right size unit for what I needed to store. She even let me look at them in person to see if it was too big or too small. I highly recommend using this place as your storage unit. And in closing.. ..the new store manager, Tammy, was just as wonderful as the prior store manager. I was going thru a lot and Tammy jumped hurdles to meet my needs. She went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place for all your storage needs.

I dealt with Tammy off Old Trolley Rd. In Summerville and the customer service I received was exceptional. She went over and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Noticed this storage facility as I was driving by due to the banners out front that said first month free. I took advantage of that special and rented a unit from this location, the attendant Tammy was very professional and gave great customer service through the whole process. If your in the need for a storage unit, be sure to check this Life Storage facility out.
