She welcomed us, and explained everything in detail, she then took us to our storage area and opened the storage so we could see it, it is very clean inside and the surrounding area's inside and out is clean. Our unit is temperature controlled, however I know there are some that are not. She took her time while explaining the contract, she was professional and she was very friendly. If you are looking for a storage place that is clean, units that are temperature controlled and an Excellent Manager then Life Storage in Glenolden is the Place to Go."

I looked up storage places near me and came across Life Storage on Chester Pike, which was great because it was so local! Stopped by to get some information on storages and let me just say that the customer service I recieved was amazing from the minute I stepped through the door! I was greeted with smiles and a great information. Although I had ABSOLUTELY no idea how to go about renting space, both Andrew and Gina were of great help! They made sure that I was confident in my decisions and I left super feeling super content! They even recommended using their next door neighbors (Budget) to use as a source of moving vehicles if I needed it! would absolutely recommend Life Storage to anybody looking to move or just house personal items! "This is NOT a temperature controlled facility. Water was accumulating in my unit. I let the manager, Gina, know and she was the water in my unit. She just said- it happens and to file a claim with my insurance. We decided to vacate from the unit by the 1st. I went there this morning to collect more things and the doors to the facility were wide open. I tried to call the office multiple times this morning as well as the corporate office and no one answered. We are transferring to Public Storage and the experience has been much, much better. They should not be charging prices for rent controlled units when it is not controlled. If you are currently a customer, make sure you have stuff in your unit to control moisture or you items will get moldy!!!! Beware!!!! They also increase their prices every year."
