When life storage took over I was hesitant to stay after previous dealings with a big orange national company. However my experience with life storage and management has been excellent. It's a great place to keep your things and I now feel like I keep my equipment at an actual secure facility"

He was super kind and very helpful. When I got to my storage there was a miniature lock on my storage. Which is more than appreciated, All of my belongings were inside, he then came out to my space and removed the lock for me. Thanks Duane! Superb customer service."

"I am posting on 4/2/22, and I am shocked by Life Storage's business practices. I was charged $70 in January, $98 in February, and $112 in March for the same storage unit! What is this about? After combing through old emails, I found an email sent in January informing me that the new rent for my storage unit would be $98, and that's what I was charged in February. I haven't received any communication from Life Storage since January, and I have no idea why I was recently charged $112. This is unacceptable."

"I have been renting space here for over 3 years for both my personal, and business needs. Since Life Storage took over ownership of this facility, customer service quality has increased dramatically. The on-site manager Dwane Cook has always been accommodating in helping me transition into other units as my storage needs have changed. The overall security and cleanliness has improved with the daily, periodic rounds of inspecting the property, and they always make a point to stop and say hello and check on things when they see you on site. "I'm posting this on 3/25/22. In August of 2021, I signed up with the former storage company, Shepard Self Storage, to lease a 10x10 unit for $100/mo. Life Storage took over the next month and expressly told me that my rate would not be changing. It is now March and I've been nickle and dimed charged on the unit to, as of the invoice for April 2022, $144/mo. I'm not sure when or if the rate increases will stop, but nearly each month there has been an increase in the rate. I'm now getting quotes to put a shed in at my house to provide extra storage. If I'm going to pay almost $2,000 a year on a simple storage unit, then I should just build my own unit. Unfortunately, not everyone will have this option. Steer clear of this business."

"Never had one problem. When it was Shepard self storage. The new company after a couple months raised the price 40%. So I moved out because of it now being the highest price in the city."
