I leased a space at the Life Storage location in Niles, OH. I leased it using the online application which was pretty easy to understand for determining what size space I would require and also was actually very clear in the contract language. I felt confident to lease it there and then. Once at the location, in person, the manager, Theordore (sounds like Teodoor?) was extremely helpful, taking me to the locker, helping me understand how to use the lock, the steps to take to enter the storage area and stayed with me as I stored my first load of boxes, then made sure I knew how to get back out - it's a very large building, well-marked, but being my first time I really appreciated him taking the time to help me. I recommend it highly. Very clean, dry, well lit, easy access.

I have had only positive experiences with Life Storage in Niles. The young man who rented me my unit was friendly, polite, and patient. He took as much time as I needed to explain what the policies were and to show me the building. The building is easy to navigate, well lit and is always very clean. Even the price is reasonable. I would recommend this business to family friends and anyone in need of a nice, safe place to store their things ????
