"The people that run this place are very dishonest, they increased my monthly payments by $20.00 during the pandemic to offset the customer that haven't been able to make their payments and my payments are do on the 25th of every month ill bring my payments in no later than the 29th and they tell me it's considered late and charge me a late fee even though I haven't gone past the 5 day grace period. They will not allow two men and a truck on their property and I was given a hard time with the movers I used getting them to allow the moving truck to go to my unit to unload my property. I will also be putting this company on every platform of social media I use. I can't remember the last time I've paid for something and been treated so dishonestly."

"Banned for staying after hours ONE DAY with no warning, and tried to say I was sleeping there, even after explaining the situation. Oh and the fact that I literally had started renting there 2 days prior. Guess this is how they treat Veterans. Prices way too high but it's in a convenient spot. Definitely two faced lying employees that will smile in your face and then stab you in the back as soon as you leave. I will definitely be talking to the military about NEVER suggesting this place for active or vets!!!"

"I was here years ago when it was Uncle Bob's. When life got rough and the need arised for storage, I realized it was a "new company". This made an already stressful situation more stressful, but Tanya and Angie quickly changed my mind!!! They were kind, efficient, and professional. Tanya has always went above and beyond to be sure I was completely informed in the whole process, as well as the status of my unit. I am a single mother of 3, struggling financially, & was often late on my payment. The ladies never once belittled me or made me feel less than. They were understanding while still being efficient on the business end.
